My Review: {This book is for adult readers} --Sookie Book #3: In installment three, our plain "I'm just a waitress," Sookie is going strong and finding more trouble with her Vampire friends. In fact, her life is getting more confusing as it progresses. I wonder if she just wants to scream: "STOP."
Ms. Stackhouse and her word a day calendar are in full swing this round. Her Vampire boyfriend is on *secret assignment* and her sex drive and need for attention are suffering. What's more, you'll never guess who doesn't know exactly what Bill is up to.
This book holds true to the fast pace of previous novels....lies, hidey-holes, secret money inheritances, werewolfs, shifters, kings, queens, Vampire Bodyguards and, of course, people trying to get Sookie.
As always, Eric comes across in charge, demanding, blunt and sounding as Vampire hot as ever {did I just say that} as his "relationship" with Sookie progresses.
Watch for the funny ending to this book. You'll be dying to get your hands right on book #4 so be sure to already have it on hand.
Once again, Charlaine Harris does an absolutely amazing job and pulling us into the ever growing world of Sookie Stackhouse. --- And remember "This Blood's for you (35)"
Charlaine Harris, once again, does not disappoint.
